Legal education, in particular the undergraduate education of law, is a focus of education reform in recent years. From the perspective of the vocational law education, many scholars advocate the adoption of a variety of teaching methods, improve classroom teaching, train the students by the way of legality thinking, and improve the practice capacity of law students. Scientific of the classroom education could guide teachers to improve classroom teaching, enhance teaching quality, and establish the teaching view of law suitable for the characteristics of the times.To make the more scientific, pertinent and effective of undergraduate teaching law. This article is based on the theories of the legal education and the influencing factors of the undergraduate teaching to it, and adopts the mode of theory analysis associating with the questionnaire,probing into the affecting functions of the present situation of the effect of law undergraduate teaching and the legal education to it. The thesis made a deeply investigation and analysis to the present situation of the effect of undergraduate teaching law, the law reform law undergraduate course teaching the following deficiencies still exist the shortages in the shaping of it, which contain the contents of a single of legal education, singularity of the teaching method, too much emphasis on the basic principles or basic knowledge; the professional skills of law, legal professional ethics and less emphasis on other subjects; shortages in teachers'orientation; teachers'professional quality is expected to be improved, campus culture's effect to law undergraduate is expected to be strengthened. In this study, the cause of the existing problem are analyzed, making specific recommendations that improve the effect of law undergraduate teaching: the reform of teaching methods about legal education to enhance it; optimize law teaching content to enhance it; reform of legal education management system to enhance it; reconstruction of campus culture characteristics to enhance it.The brief structure of this paper as follow:The first part is forward. First of all, it is the literature review of legal education, followed division defines the concept of the effects of law undergraduate teaching, the final by questions and research design. The second part of the paper is the research and design. Research background,research process,research purpose,research tools and research methods are introduced in this research and design. This paper uses the combination of questionnaire survey and theoretical analysis and at the same time supplemented by interviews,literature study method. The third part of the paper is the effective treatment of data. This study uses SPSSl3.0 statistical software for structural validity analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis about the data, revealing the impact relationship of legal education reform on the effect of law undergraduate teaching.The third part is the thought that enhances the effect of law undergraduate teaching through the legal education reform. This part explains the present situation of effect of law undergraduate teaching as well as the exiting problems based on data information, analyzing the causes of problems,and finally puts forward specific proposals. The study found that the curriculum, legal education teaching methods of legal education reform, content of law teaching, school culture has a significant impact on effect of law undergraduate teaching. Therefore, the legal education reform has to be reformed from the above aspects enhancing the influence of effect of law undergraduate teaching.
