Hence, the relevant rules and laws should be issued to clear the procedures when the procuratorial organs implement the regulations. The diversified start-up mode of the criminal reconciliation should be set up. The compensation amount should be standard and a diversified compensation should be established. The intenal evaluation mechanism should be revised and the settlement of reconciliation cases should be regulated. The victims'assistance fund for reconciliation should be set up in the procuratorial organs. All the measures are necessary for building and safeguarding the criminal reconciliation systems.
