Since the third session of eleventh central committee of the party in 1978, the Communist Party of China has realized "the second combination" of the fundamental principles of Marxism with China's concrete practice, opened up the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics and formed the theory system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which systematically preliminary answered how to construct, consolidate and develop socialism in China, so we have created an acknowledged miracle and achieved remarkable achievement, and the features of Chinese people, socialist China's landscape and the communist party of China have greatly changed. Thel7th Party Congress, standing at a new historical starting point, has gave a clear explanation of scientific connotation, basic contents, history status and significance of the Chinese characteristic socialism theory system. Since then, the theoretical and academic fields have begun to research the theory system and have obtained a series of research results.This article, based on the whole system, has a comprehensive study on the formation and development process, the theoretical framework and logic system, the theoretical and practical significance of the theory system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. First of all, according to the principle of logic and history unifying, the era background, thoughts origin, practice base and development process of the theory system are profoundly elaborated, so we can have a clear understanding to its formation and development process. Secondly, the theoretical framework is discussed from three levels of the philosophical basis, theoretical foundation and main content of the theory system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the basic theory, basic viewpoints and basic position of the system theory are made clear. Finally, the article analyzes the historic position and guiding sense of the theory system from its theory value and practical significance and world significance. Then we have firm faith to walk the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics and hold the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The system of theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics is from practice, serves practice and become rich with the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
