Integration Of Investigation Of Crimes Of The Work Of Building Machines

Procuratorial organ is a special legal supervisory authority in China. Investigation of the malfeasance is an important power for procuratorial organ in maintaining the unity of the correct implementation of national laws, punishing and preventing corruption. However, with the continuous development of society and economy, the existing mechanism for malfeasance investigation has been unable to meet the needs of investigation of malfeasance under the new situation, hence reform and improvement of the investigation power for procuratorial organ has become an crucial issue in China's legal reform.In recent years, China's legal theory society has conducted a lot of researches concerning the investigation power of the malfeasance, but also put forward many constructive comments and constructed scientific framework of the malfeasance investigation system. But in general, more empirical conclusions are done while further study in theory is needed. Based on the previous stage of the theoretical results and duty crime investigation conducted by practical fields, the author tries to put forward an effective solution to malfeasance investigation in theory combining with the specific situation in current in our country.This paper first studies the concept of malfeasance and related connotation and features of malfeasance investigation. Then it puts forward a systematic analysis of existing problems in China's current malfeasance investigation system, problems, including the current status and emerging issues. Integration mechanism of malfeasance Investigation is put forward again, and analyzes the focus, priorities and principles for building such mechanism. Finally, the author proposes the idea of constructing the integration mechanism of malfeasance investigation, mainly from the detection system, management of case's clues, investigation commanding and investigation collaboration to establish and improve the integration mechanism of malfeasance investigation.This paper, based on the current status of malfeasance investigation performed by China's procuratorial organ and from the needs of intensifying anti-corruption efforts, puts forward a proposal to build the integration mechanism of malfeasance investigation. This proposal has both theoretical value and offers practical advice for reference for the prosecution of malfeasance investigation for Procuratorial organ.
