In other countries, domestic violence prevention is worth a lot we can learn from experience.First, the development of specialized domestic violence prevention law, China's current law on domestic violence is fragmented, incomplete, poor operability. There is no specific law as the basis for the work to come out of nowhere, domestic violence can not be resolved. Therefore, the current urgent need is to develop a specific set of a complete and practical laws to provide a basis for practice. Second, because the occurrence of domestic violence within the family, has its particularity, therefore, the issue of domestic violence should also be considered to maintain the integrity of the family. In domestic violence cases is not serious, we can learn a foreign protection order issued, and a clear violation of the legal consequences of a protection order. The kinds of solutions have been tried in some places, and also achieved good results. Finally, family violence, the victims also need help, the state should establish a help system to protect the interests of victims. Domestic violence alone will not settle with work of one department. Only the legislative, judicial and other authorities cooperate with each other and mobilize the masses to finally eradicate domestic violence. But they need such a specialized department the authority to do the coordination and supervision, and detailed the functions of relevant departments and authorities and relevant departments to fulfill their duties in a comprehensive way.
