Research On Standardization Of The Tax Tax Service Hall Of Ganzhou State Administration Of Taxation

Tax service is an important part of the tax work, which is a new career and of great significance. Tax Service Office is the main place where tax officials can deal with various tax matters and provide tax service for taxpayers. This paper takes Ganzhou IRS Tax Service Office as the empirical research example, which examines the current situation about the construction of tax service office through the theory of new public service, analyzes the problems existing in the present construction work, puts forward the idea of improving the construction of Ganzhou IRS Tax Service Office and provides theoretical guidance.This paper is divided into the following parts:the first part is introduction; the second part is general introduction to the construction of Ganzhou IRS Tax Service Office, which introduces the practice and effect on the construction of Ganzhou IRS Tax Service Office, analyzes the importance of the construction of tax service office and puts forward the guideline of the construction of tax service office; the third part is analysis of the problems existing in Ganzhou IRS Tax Service Office present construction, which analyzes the main problems existing in Ganzhou IRS Tax Service Office construction, including idea of low level service, unreasonable window setting, imperfect incentive mechanism, improving the tax officials'quality and efficiency and so forth.
