However, their land rights and interests are often infringed.In practice, the infringement of the rights and interest of rural women's land can be divided into five specific aspects, such as, losing land because of " famers marry farmers ", land rights and interests deprived because of " famers marry non-farmers", no protection for divorced or widowed women's land rights and interests, restrictions to live-in son-in-law's land rights, the infringement to unmarried young women's interests in land.From the legal angle, the infringement of rural women's land rights are because of the two main reasons:One is that the legislation is imperfect, that is, defects exist in the system and content of law in protection of rural women's rights and interests in land; the villagers' autonomy and the rules and regulations of the village are illegal; The other is that the existing law can't be put into practice because law enforcement does not reach the designated position; the restraints of the thought of patriarchy and patriarchal, short of resources,slow development of market, interest driving and the low degree of women's law.Because the issue of land rights is related to rural women's survival and development, whether rural women's land rights and interests can be safeguarded effectively will directly affect the development of rural economy and social order and stability. Therefore,to explore and solve this issue has great practical significance. According to the cause of the infringement of rural women's land rights, the following measures can be taken to solve this issue:Complete and protect the legislation of the rights and interest of rural women's land by filling the gap of law and straightening out the relationships between the villagers'autonomy and law-ruling; make the law of protecting the rights and interest of rural women's land into practice successfully by discarding old culture, reserving for flexible land using, promoting the development of market and increasing education and awareness.
