Public interest litigation has been one of the social hot spots in recent years, continuously receivering much attention. In the field of law, public interest litigation is also one focus of the researchers. With the deepening of social and economic development and the general public's enhancing awareness of their rights, public interest litigation will become a major trend of litigation, to resolve many issues about people's livelihood and public.However, China's public interest litigation in the legislation has lagged far behind the development of social reality and can not meet the needs of the judicial practice.This results in lack of relief of social and public interests, and thus affects the social harmony and stability.This paper takes a point of the public interest litigation system-the prosecution system to study, and analyzes the related content of the prosecution of public interest litigation, reducing the difficulty for public interest groups disputes to enter the country's proceedings and opening the door of relief to the public interest damage.The paper text is divided into five parts:The overall situation of public interest litigation was introduced in the preamble, leading thesis topic; The basic content about public interest and public interest litigation is defined in the first chapter; The presentation and discussion of specific issues on the prosecution of public interest litigation is in the second and the third chapter, including the prosecution subjects and conditions of public interest litigation - the two major issues of this paper; Some ideas about the improvement of public interest litigation to prosecute are proposed in the fourth chapter; Finally the content of full text is summarized in the epilogue.
