Flood, Air pollution, Land desertification were threaten our life ,It is happen in the grassland now, In resent year in order to save the grassland the government leading a ecological emigration program in BaYinBuLuKe ,this article will having Research on the reasons and existing problem in this program with the theory of population emigrations and The sustainable development theory. Make the point that we have to better solve the migration problem existing in the program and build reasonable circulation between ecological system and human social system, build scientific management mechanism for ecological emigration.
