On Elements And Legislation Of The Crime Of Money Laundering

The crime of money laundering is a new accuse which derived from the upstream crimes, although the emergence of it is not long, its damage is serious . To contain the money laundering crime's spreadness effectively, the international community attacks, prevents and the controls money laundering criminal activity through criminal legislation. Because of starting late, at present, our country also has many deficiencies of fundamental research and criminal legislation on the money laundering crime . Under such background, this article refers to and profits from the achievement of other countries criminal legislation. In the article, on the basis of fundamental theory and different points about the crime of money laundering ,I analyse the constitution factors and perfectness of this crime . Based on the present state of money laundering, I propose legislation measures in according to our national conditions and actual demand .
