But there are many do not fit the special circumstances of the department between the "Labor Contract Law" and the relevant provisions levels of labor market segmentation also the urban-rural split, So that the effectiveness of Macro control the labor market is not obvious.Based on the country no fixed term labor contract system, the problems in the implementation of the analysis and Summarizing the legislative experience of advanced countries in the world, I proposed to perfect the labor contract system no fixed term of three measures:Firstly, Establishing a hierarchical labor market regulation, and enhance macro-control measures targeted To focus on for the application of the secondary labor market, and the exclusion of some liquidity for larger trades.Secondly, building up a rational employment patterns, macro-control measures to achieve a soft landing.Thirdly, Relaxation of no fixed term labor contract lifting in order to enhance Macro control measures in the execution.
