Foreign investment plays a very significant role in Chinese economy. Some advanced technologies and new management knowledge and skills have been introduced from abroad via foreign investment.Foreign investment also has brought competition which compel Chinese domestic enterprises to improve themselves quickly. But meanwhile, foreign investment has also brought some negative effects to China's economic security due to the lack of anti-monopoly control.How to regulate and decipline foreign investments and make them as useful tools instead of limitation factors or even destroyers of Chinese economy is an important and imperative issue to discuss. This paper is to discuss the anti-monopoly control over foreign investment. The whole article includes six chapters. The first chapter is to introduce the basic concepts in the field. The second chapter is about the theory of product market. The third chapter is about how party enterprises report to the authority. The fourth chapter is about the substantial criteria for forbidding a mergence or an acquisition. The fifth chapter will discuss the procedures of anti-monopoly control. The sixth chapter will discuss remedy measures.
