Anti-monopoly law appearing, for our country to antitrust regulation provides a legal basis, Our country anti-monopoly law article 50 stipulated the antitrust civil dispute settlement mechanism, But the law is still lack of specific judicial relief program. This will result in judicial practice of difficulty.No of procedure guarantee justice like no teeth rosettes.Anti-monopoly law lack of specific dispute resolution mechanism, which will definitely affect the implementation effect. Antitrust civil dispute resolution mechanism establishment and implementation approach of as the private law, will promote the realization of the public organizations implement, remedy the resources and the willingness to insufficient, make up the low efficiency and appeal of public implementation of single channel to satisfy the transition of the social needs.This article will first of anti-monopoly disputes and antitrust civil lawsuit settlement mechanism of basic concepts do an in-depth analysis,.Then based on antitrust civil dispute resolution mechanism of the plaintiff qualification system, comparison and study of foreign fiction national anti-monopoly plaintiff qualification system do careful study.
