Public Issue Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

The present research using survey of peasant workers in eight cities of Jiangsu Province systematically analyze the current situation of citizenization of migrant workers' new generation. It also illustrates the household registration system, employment system, social security system and the quality of new generation of migrant workers. Moreover, the present thesis sheds light on the relationship between citizen and new generation of migrant works and its effect on citizenization of new generation of migrant workers. Then it proceeds to illustrate how to enhance the citizenization of new generation of migrant works in our country and puts forward compatible strategies. Meanwhile, the present thesis has done a useful exploration on improving the household registration system, employment system, education and training system and the social security system. Study on the citizenizaion of young migrant workers is both a theoretical and practical subject. The present research will attempt to study the citizenization of peasant workers from perspective of current research, problem analysis, theoretical review and policy recommendations.
