On The Ethical Dimensions Of The Scientific Outlook On Development

It is suggested formally that"stick to people-oriented and establish a comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the scientific concept of development that can promote economic society and people's development"on the third Plenary Session of the 16th. Any development needs ethics supports. Study the ethical dimensions of scientific outlook on development has important values. From the contents of the Scientific Outlook on Development ,it including ethical dimension of economics,political dimension of ethics and ecological dimension of ethics.In terms of economic areas,People-centered is the precondition and the point for the economic development. Comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development is the fundamental ethical principles of economic development,we should correctly handle the relationship between equity and efficiency,focus on fair distribution ,and then achieve common prosperity. In terms of political areas,we should adhere to the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly and governing for the people of the governance concept,strengthen the moral construction of the ruling party and civil,promoting socialist democracy and legal system. Ecological ethics of harmony and unity is another content of the Scientific Outlook on Development,we should understanding of the relationship between man and nature ,follow the main ethics of ecological ethics ,build a resource saving and environment-friendly society and promote the development the ecological ethics.
