US Innovation & Its Enlightenment To China

On the basis of analyzing the National Innovation System theory's evolution and its composition, this thesis focuses on National Innovation System's development in the US, its promotion for US development, and US's great achievements under the influence of it. This system which can greatly affect nation's development is very beneficial and has practical significance for an emerging China.As is known to all, although the impact of Neo-liberalism plays a leading role in the United States'political ideology and national policy making in quite a long-term period, the US government, all political parties and social communities have achieved consensus on keeping US advantages and competitiveness of science, technology, economy and human resources in the world. They believe that keeping US advantage in science and technology by promoting the nation's innovation and creativity is a vital national strategy, and this will guarantee the country and its people a long lasting prosperity. The departments and committees of the US government and Congress have submitted plenty of reports and suggestion on improving a stated-innovation system in the US in order to improve the innovative infrastructures construction and human resources building, especially the training of high-tech elites.This thesis analyses the decisive transitions of the US government's departments, who adopt new high-tech internet measures including Twitter, Microblog, Facebook, in US public diplomacy, economy transformation and other fields. Especially the innovative policy such as the"E-Diplomacy"carried out by the Department of State and the"Green Economy"policy put forward by President Obama, which is focused on innovation of green technology, have a profound influence on the diplomacy and shift in the economic growth mode of the US. The national innovation system of the US provides precious experience for China, a fast developing country in the world.
