Study On The Protection Of Agriculture Intellectual Property Rights In Hubei Province

Agricultural science and technology innovation needs a strategy urgently, which rely on the protection of intellectual property system. Through the effective implementation of the intellectual property system and strategies to motivate innovation and cultivate new scientific and technological innovation of the main agricultural part. We should absorb the foreign scientific and technological achievements actively, in order to converse our rich agricultural biological resources to technological strengths and advantages of new industries, which could promote economic and social sustainable development. Hubei is a major agricultural province, which located in the Yangtze River Basin. Because of geographical location, natural resources,cultural heritage and other factors, Hubei's agriculture is famous in China. Agriculture plays a key role in economy development, Hubei province needs to carry out the agricultural intellectual property strategy to main it's superiority in agriculture field.Paper summarizes the relevant domestic and international experience of intellectual property protection from the basic theory of agricultural intellectual property, and the characteristics of agriculture, and the agricultural intellectual property protection experience of foreign countries. This paper analyses the shortage of intellectual property protection in Hubei province from status, characteristics, and then find the reasons to get sollution.The paper focus on the legal system of intellectual property protection in Hubei agriculture field. The paper uses method of background research-issues raising-issues analying-suggestion, in order to provide institutional support and suggestion in Hubei's agriculture intellectural property protection.
