However, with the United States, Britain andother western developed countries, the community correction in China still exist manyaspects for improvement, obviously, It's lack of guidance theory, so they is paying allattention to the management of supervision, ignoring the management of correction. Thisis greatly confusing the direction of community correction and affecting the quality andefficiency of the community correction. Therefore, we need to search the suitable theoryto guide the community correction system, in order to change the current situation.Everyone has a self reforming, change and regeneration ability, including the criminal.community correction as a kind of open penal execution system, provides conform tosocial contacts of conventional mode, values, norms, etc. Then assisted by the right theoryto guide the treatment education work and integrate the related resources of communitycorrection, the effectiveness of the community correction system will be greatly improved.Studying the generation and the development of community correction and analyzingthe theoretical origin, then combined with the specific conditions in China, adopting theinterdisciplinary research methods, fusing the knowledge of different domain, namelyPositive psychology, social constructivism psychology, Treatment based on syndromedifferentiation and Advantage perspective to commonly guide community correctionsystem. The both parties of correction establish an equal partnership, more importantly,the classification assessment is the foundation, in order to take a different approach andproceed the process of building good deeds in the same time. For the disadvantages, weuse the syndrome differentiation and treatment to remedy, deconstruction andreconstruction; for existing advantages to explore, guide and integrate, finally realize acomprehensive rehabilitation, including physical and mental health, education training,employment and social life, etc, so that it can make community inmates completelyintegrate into society.
