A strong environmental NGO is the inherent demands of China's sustainabledevelopment in the reality of environmental degradation, environmental eventsconstantly. However, Chinese environmental NGOs have a lot of problems in thecapital, human, organizational image, and have been restricting the organization's owndevelopment.This paper introduces a non-profit organization marketing theory, use SWOTanalysis, analysis the environmental NGOs from internal to external, summed up thebenefits and weaknesses of environmental NGOs, the opportunities and threats theywill face. On this basis, the Chinese environmental NGOs design different marketingstrategies for government, business, media, public, and use public goods (ideas,services, informations, physical, etc.) as the core products. Through this kind ofMarketing mix plan to promote the development of environmental NGO, and affectthe public ultimately, this is the unique marketing path of the Chinese environmentalNGO.
