A General Research On The Topic Of The Maritime Crime Of Endangering Public Affairs

In recent years, there have been an increasing number of cases of crime of interference with public administration, in particular the case of Yang Jia in Shanghai, Shandong Tai'an's case, a number of police officers killed or severely injured, resulting in a wide impact over the social community.Waters under the jurisdiction of law and regulations in China is generally safe and stable, but with the strong coastal economic development, the cases over the maritime crime of endangering public affairs are soaring alongside. With the increase of the cases, the problem could become more and more serious. Due to the objective conditions, there are differences in many aspects and controversies over the marine cases.In view of this, the author put his efforts in researching on the subject of the maritime crime of endangering public affairs; aims to improve the existing criminal law in this very circumstance. In this paper, the author makes a crime analysis and investigation over the varied cases, with problems and confusions as subjects, to correct application of law, justice the integrity of the law. This article consists of two parts. The first part of the " Frequently Asked Questions", put out the author's view from a field officer's perspective. ; The second part is about the proposal to modify in the legislation.
