The popularization of the Internet has brought the network virtual property boom in contemporary society, which has different features from the traditional society. With the emergence of new things, new types of crimes create. With the serious situation of the virtual property crimes, the increasingly serious protection is urgently needed. But what is the attribute of the virtual property law, whether it belongs to the scope of the criminal law to protect property in such cases and how to conduct treatment, etc in the theory and practice still exist great controversy. Based on the concept and the legal attribute of virtual property in China, reference to the legislation and judicial practice of foreign countries and HongKong and Taiwan, the writer tries on the proposed solutions of the virtual property criminal law protection. The writer attempts from the following several aspects in the paper to discuss the problems.
