In recent years, the ideological and political education in China appeared a new hotspot—the study of inter-subjectivity ideological and political education. Since 2008, the main body of ideological and political education among the study produced results, not only the number of papers have of breakneck growth, the study in width and depth also have been vastly improved. Zhang Yao Can in the forefront of the education of ideological politics explicitly pointed out that, the study of inter-subjective thought about inter-subjectivity ideological and political education is one of the advanced topic ".This is a what and practice mode, what kind of theory is it based on, have what kind of meaning to the ideological and political education work for our country, to the traditional ideological and political education method, what challenges subjectivity? In this paper, the research is on this issue.Firslyt this paper analyzes the ideological and political work dominated the ideological and political education, the subjectivity of the ideological and political education, including the subjectivity of the philosophical foundation, the basic mode, the characteristic, the historical merit and limitations, etc.This paper also analyzes the progress of the world's industrialized, The Times change and other international and domestic environment changes brought new subject, the subjective philosophy to solve these topics show various conflicts, pointed out that the new requirements about ideological and political education work because of domestic and international environment of changes.In this paper, the more space for analyzing Marxism, the philosophical foundation ideological, the transformation established from subjectivity political education to inter-subjectivity ideological and political education. Based on the Marxist theory of communication, and practice, humanistic theory,analyzing and demonstrating the ideological and political education between the main body of the necessity, possibility and its realization. Marx inter-subjective thought provides philosophical foundation for transformation to the ideological and political education as it is with the person.Inter-subjectivity theory is the research of chinese and western philosophy, also as the the core category of Marxism's communication theory. Therefore, applying thinking of inter-subjectivity to the ideological and political education, and making ideological and political education as a theoretical support point and the methodology is the abandonment and beyond of the traditional ideological and political education, it will be conducive to deconstruction of unreasonable place of traditional ideological and political education, it will be conducive to constructive construction for new type of ideological and political education, it will be conducive to finding a new philosophical basis for the development of ideological and political education to open up new ideas. Meanwhile, the depth study of the main inter-subjectivity ideological and political education will contribute to theory building of ideological and political education, will help to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education, to contribute to modern and scientific ideological and political education.
