Migrant workers, the status of industrial workers as farmers, have made enormous contributions for the prosperity and development of our cities. However, in contrast to their tremendous contributions, they are lacking in various rights and interests, especially the rights of social security.It is in the background that this article works over the social security question of the Migrant Workers in Suzhou. This article commit theoretical and practical method, comparative analysis method and authentic proof analysis, making analysis on our country's binary social security system and trying to find proper views and solutions to Migrant workers'social security.This paper is divided into six parts:firstly, migrant workers, social security and other related concepts are defined; secondly, introduces peasant laborer social security theory in the aspect of economics, political science, sociology and so on; thirdly, describes the typical foreign countries Construction of the social security system of migrant workers, in order to provide a reference for China; fourth and fifth part is the focus of the article, the fourth part introduces Suzhou peasant laborer social security system current situation mainly; the fifth part analyses the problem of Suzhou peasant worker social security system and explore the cause; the sixth part is the research conclusions and policy recommendations, the author suggests solve the Problem through the method of "classify and stratifying improving gradually".step by step, build industrial injury insurance of the Peasant worker, medical insurance especially, only through this can we effectively protect the basic rights of migrant workers.
