The administration of justice is focus of attention for the scholars and others , especially in the court. What the causes are ? there is a number of reasons, anyway,thepoint of penetration to select is particularly important. the court's president is a special position in the court, the functions and authority of the president have to influence the judicial process should. That can be leading factors such as internal judicial administrative of the court.Therefore,research on the on the legitimate authority of the court's president is quite important. This article will relate and analyze he legitimate authority of the court's president from five parts.First, make an on-the-spot investigation from the angle of the resident. Mainly declare by means of using the related theories of the organization and management mode of the court's organization structure; Secondly, define two concept of the "authority" and "legitimacy", this is the core of support to argument . With two concepts, gradually solving the authority of the President to obtain proof and illustrate; Next, through the typification to abstract some characteristics of the category. Meanwhile, summarize the authority of the president of the court by the internal management mode of court, to better compared to overall powers of the president of the court ; Again, the protection of the legitimate authority of the court's president , mainly from organization, law, position and material to expound that how we should guarantee the legitimate authority of the court's president; Finally, explore the administration of justice with the current legal texts and the court's president. Put forward the reasonable path to solve problems by analyzing the cause initiated the administration of justice.
