Research On Communist Party Of China Successor Theory Since The Founding

This paper tries to make a more comprehensive system with Communist Party of China successor theory since the founding and hopes that through the system before the theory of sorting and analysis of the historical background we can find their development process and law. Then it provides some references to the training and selection for the successors of Communist Party of China. This paper mainly using literature , experience and descriptive research methods.Paper is divided into introduction, body, conclusion three parts. Brief Introduction of the object, purpose, methods, values and academic status of this research. Through systematizing successor theory proposed by Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin etc. who are of Party's main leaders, the test systematically summarizes the formation and development of Communist Party of China successor theory since the founding, analyzes the international, domestic and historical background of Communist Party of China successor theory since the founding, summarizes and discusses the development trend of Communist Party of China successor theory, finally reaches some regularity cognition.
