Research On Protection Of Pretrial Detainee's Rights

In our country protection of rights of pretrial detainees is very serious, mainly in the serious torture, lawyers meeting with difficulties, extended detention repeatedly, etc., The main reason is the unreasonable system of detention facilities management. We can learn from foreign experience and systems of detention setting inherited from historical tradition .we should change the current management mode of detention facilities under the cover of the public security organs, the place of custody should be under the cover of the court administration .And in combination with other supporting systems, such as the establishment of judicial review of detention system, the investigation organ system of audio and video recording interrogation, detention relief system and an independent inspection system could effectively solve the present situation of the violations of human rights. The rights of pretrial detainees could be effectively improved.
