System Of Voting Trust Research

As an emerging way for shareholders to exercise the right to vote, voting trust is the combination of trust and voting right. In recent years, due to voting trust plays a remarkable role in which protecting minority shareholder's interests; increasing operating efficiency and improving management . Therefore, it caused more and more countries' attention. Although there is no such a specific law or regulation about voting trust in China, some cases have taken place. At present, scholars in china focus mainly concentrated on the legitimacy of voting trust theory and if our country should introduce this system. In this paper, we use the comparison analysis method and substantial evidence analysis method to analysis the theories of voting trust. The purpose of this paper is to provide some ideas for the localization and practice of voting trust system in our country through the studying of foreign related legislation. It also provides a new train of thought to perfect the system of voting trust.
