Affray Knotty Problem

The crime of affray is separated from the crime of hooliganism in criminal law in 1979. The rule is in the first segment -- offence of disturbance of public order of Chapter 6 -- crime against social administration in the actual Criminal Law. A lot of people are involved and the circumstances are serious in this crime, which disrupts public order and leads to an extremely bad effect in the society. In recent years, with the increasing the such crimes, no matter in from theory or practice, there are many divergences, such as crime and noncrime, this crime and that crime, transferred offense, joint offence. Therefore, the writer plan to study some problems about the crime of affray in this article.
