As well as modern enterprise is promoting the development of society rapidly, a variety of pollution incidents and environmental incidents are caused by them. The meaning of enterprise environmental information disclosure is that a legal obligation declares relevant environmental information of polluted enterprises in writing, images, audio or other forms of databases according to some certain procedures to the government, business managers, corporate employees, consumers, investors, non- governmental organizations and communities. Protection of corporate environmental information disclosure is an important means for citizens to know the environment; and environmental management is an important part of information tools, but also on environmental protection from the origin of an important way. Legal system of corporate environmental information disclosure is a general called of a legal system which followed the basic national environmental policy and the basic principles of environmental law, adjusts the obligations to disclose environmental information according to certain legal norms. This system adopts legislation to protect the citizens'right to Environment. Attention to corporate environmental information disclosure is a new trend in the development of information legislation of the current international environment. The United States, European Union, represented by some countries and regions have established a more systematic corporate environmental information disclosure system, and actively implement the statutory objective and effective evaluation system for environmental information and assessment standards. After the juxtaposing and analyzing the differences between home and abroad on the legislation and practice of environmental information disclosure, we can get some defects of China's environmental information disclosure system in corporate legislation and practice are:legal system is not complete, lacking definite content, such as the principal obligation, evaluation methods, the process and the form of open; the disclosure of corporate environmental information is applied in a narrow scope and its contents are limited; the mandatory open standards a is not practical; important protection and relief measures are still missing; the number of the enterprise which disclosed the information is less, and the quality of those enterprises is poor; lack of public participation; the environmental advantages of NGO can not play.In order to promote the harmonious development between our enterprise, social and economic, considering Chinese actual status, we can establish and improve the legal system of corporate environmental information disclosure from the following aspects:First, the legal status of the environmental right should be determined, and the base right to the environmental information disclosure should be set up.; Second, " Corporate Environmental Information Disclosure Regulations" should be established by the State Council. Finally, should establish and improve corporate disclosure of environmental information simultaneously with the relevant supporting measures.
