Study On Chinese Local Service-oriented Government Building

As an executive organ, the government provides various management, rules and services. Since the end of last century, China gradually began to put forward the concept of building a service-oriented government. Compared to the traditional government management mode, service-oriented government is to serve the society and citizens initially, its goal is to serve and make the information of government's target, content, form and procedural aspects public, to prompt our society harmonious development and government reform. Therefore, this paper take the definition and connotation of service-type government as the starting point for research and take Nanjing Municipal Government as the research object, puts forward the countermeasures and the suggestions to construct a service-oriented government in Nanjing, The main research contents including:first, raise the questions, this paper focuses on the background, significance, domestic research status and thesis main content, methods and framework, etc; Second, to sort out and analyze the meaning and characteristics of service-oriented government on theory and practice and the relationship between service-oriented government and other governments. Third, to analyze the current situation of Chinese local service-oriented government, mainly focus on the history and achievements on building Chinese local service-oriented government to make a suggestion for further research on Nanjing service-oriented government; Fourth, Nanjing local service-oriented government case study:Based on the above theory and local service-oriented government building introduction, discuss the basic situation of Nanjing government, service-oriented government building mode and the problems analysis on the building process; Fifth, to propose the countermeasures to build local service-oriented government in China According to the problems emerged in the process of Nanjing service-oriented government construction, combined with the present situation of local service-oriented government construction in China, put forward the countermeasures to further promote Chinese local service-oriented government construction.
