Research On The Construction Of CPC's Rural Basic Organizations In The Background Of The Socialism New Rural Construction

The village-level Party organization is the basis for all the party's work and fighting strength in the village, which carries the mission of constructing the socialist new village. It is the predominant force in constructing the new village. From the party's proposal of constructing socialist new village to organizing the village development and promoting the new village construction, all these proved that the party takes the village work seriously. The construction of socialist new village can't be finished without the basic organization of party in village.The village-level Party organization is the important part of the rural base-layer Party organization. At present, some achievements are reached in the village-level Party organization construction, there are some study cases in all the places. But from the rural reality, there are many problems in the village-level Party organization construction, such as the low quality of some Party members and cardres, lack of leadership ability, the lower ideological system, and the institution construction lag. Thare are a lot of reasons caused these problems, but generally speaking, there are two main reasons. One is the inside factors, which caused by the Party organization itself, the other is the outside factors, which caused by the problems in the development of the economic society. It is the necessary requirements for the social new rural costruction to explore the scientific methods of the village-level Party organization construction towards the various problems in the village-level Party organization construction.
