Study On Organizing Or Leading Direct Selling Activities Sin

February 28 ,2009 of the 11th National People's Congress standing committee of the seventh meeting was through " the amendment of criminal law (7) "adding organizing or leading pyramid selling activities sin , this crime separate and makes up for the legal blank in some degree. However, China's legislation of pyramid selling has just started and this crime become fiercely at the same time. Its shortcomings gradually reveals in practice. Based on my concept note of this problem, this paper will focus on organizing or leading pyramid selling sin and read this new charge. Analyze the reasons for this sin, and point out its constitutions and other related problems. Besides, analyze the existing legislation of the sin in its lack place so as to application for the legislative suggestions of the sin. It may be perfect our criminal legislation.
