Study. Environmental Crime Problem

Nowadays, environmental issues have become a global common social problem. In order to resolve this problem, many countries take a various of measures, including by law. But because of civil means and administrative measures are weakness in solving environmental problems, many countries have strengthened criminal regulation on this issue. This led to the theoretical study of environmental crimes, which is later relatively in our country, and there are many disputes and defects about this theory. In view of this, this paper analysis the object of the environmental crime, the main body of the environmental crime, the subjective aspects of the environmental crime, the responsibility principle of the environmental crime, and then make my own understanding on the base of research status at home and abroad.
