Wang Drug-related Criminal Cases

This paper is based on a real life case, the author joined in the trial process as a prosecutor. The author found a number of interesting question in the case of the prosecution, this paper is to carry out a deep research on theory, which will contribute to the development of judicial practice, and finally, the author hope to find a model with theory supports to fight against drug crimes. This paper will start from a specific case"drug crimes committed by Wang and other criminals"which the author acted as a prosecutor, and be based on the basic arguments of the prosecution and the defenders, and also the difficult problems in practice. At the same time, the author will learn from the researches and judicial experiences of China and abroad and the arguments of the author to explore this issue.
