Civil Retrial 'censorship

Legal status was definited in the civil retrial cases placed on the file and investigation system since amending Civil Procedural Law in 2007. But some questions are becoming increasing acute, such as stipulations of the civil retrial cases placed on the file and investigation in the existing laws still aren't fine enough, operability isn't better, comprehension is being difference in the retrial cause, and the extent of the investigation isn't be unified.The aim of the thesis expounds status quo of the civil retrial cases placed on file and investigation system from the angle of law theory and judicial practice, approaches some changes in the civil retrial cases placed on file and investigation after amending Civil Procedural Law, summarizes rules defect and insufficient about Civil Procedural Law in force, puts forward a proposal of making further improvement on the system, and promotes the system further normative, thus it's truly safeguard lawsuit rights of retrial applicant into effect.
