This study is about the Chinese immigrant in Cape Verde on the Praia City based on the investigation of 30 Chinese Immigrants. The respondents were personally interviewed by the researcher to collect data on issues relating to social, cultural and economic. The findings were as follows:There are about 2340 Chinese immigrants in Cape Verde, the largest party residing in Santiago (89%) and S. Vicente (9.7%). Trade as their main activity by which changed the national commercial profile, providing layer disadvantaged more purchasing power and increase employment. This is a closed community which is characterized by its mentality, its traditions mostly secular roots and its philosophy of Confucian families' business. Furthermore, the independence with which these immigrants are settled, their inter-ethnic relations and the spirit of inter help make the Chinese community in Cape Verde a reality with few social problems, economic or employment. Despite the length of stay in Cape Verde, the language is an inhibiting factor. This is the most common barrier to this community and resistance to learning is related to some closure and inner pride, characteristic of traditional Chinese culture. The researcher in conclusion recommended among others that; First of all the government should create a policy of emigration to facilitate cultural integration must include:language training; support for Chinese immigrants'culture; negotiating support for religious practice; support for Chinese sporting activities. Creation of an Office of Migrants to providing any legal support to immigrants, embracing areas such as work, education, health, social security, naturalization, and residence permit, creation of Chinese cultural center in Praia, one area that meets culture in various ways such as exhibitions, libraries and film. Chinese immigrants with more than six years in the host country should have the right to elect representatives in the Cape Verdean Parliament. With this status they would enjoy even the right to affiliate political parties. This right should be enshrined in the statutes of the main political parties. Given the Chinese capacity in the area of civil construction, local authorities can support the creation of more businesses in this area, aiming to diversify the Chinese experiences in Cape Verde for other areas.
