Application Of Combined Punishment For Several Crimes In Administrative Treatment

Administrative processing actions which to limit people's freedom in Our current legislation, have a great impact on freedom of people.There are some arguments about how to deal with many administrative actions between Theoretical field and Practice field,we also can see some illegal actions.It is so big difference between its legislation and practical doings,so we need to improve it in aspect of legislation.In this paper ,we do some research on the practices about the administrative actions to limit people's freedom.We also take some examples ,such as administrative punishment VS administrative compulsory measures. administrative punishment with criminal punishment,so that we can know more about the problems in legislation field and practical field.On the other hand , criminal law and administrative law both can see as public law ,they have some common aspects,for example the deprive and the punishment on limiting people's freedom.We compare with the legislation and practical actions in criminal law and administrative law ,so we can put the theory how to deal with several crime and punish in criminal law on the same actions in administrative law. In order to protect people's freedom and equal rights ,we must definite the basic principals and practical rules in the actions of solving the practical punishment about several wrong administrative doings.
