I was born in a rural family and have a deep feeling with my hometown. However, I am familiar with the country and peasants because having a longer experience there. During studying in DUFE, when there exists rural communities construction, I was experiencing the changes and paid more attention in the process. After that, I find that there are many problems in the process of withdrawing village and this topic is generated. There are six parts in the paper:The first part is the introduction, which focuses on the topics of the background, significance, literature review and their research methods and ideas both at home and abroad. In the second part, we discuss the meaning, characteristics and background of rural communities, exploring the feasibility and the problems necessity of the construction of rural communities. In the third part, we discuss the status existing in the construction of rural communities. After that, I find the construction bring about infinite vitality and vitality, but also many problems, such as blind demolition and rebuilt which result in waste of resources. There are also conflicts between the existent rural life and traditional peasant mode, conflicts between the official and the peasants in demolition and rebuilt, and so on. In the fourth part, we discuss the reason of the existing problems in the building of rural communities. We conclude that there are three reasons:Firstly, it is late in beginning constructing rural community, and policymakers lack of experience. The emotions of quick success may backfire, resulting in clashes; secondly, in the process of building rural communities, the participants continue to game each other because of their own selfish motives, resulting in the damage of the weak group, farmers'interests; thirdly, land compensation system is imperfect, and the compensation received by the farmers is too low, which will intensify the conflicts. In the fifth part, we put forward appropriate policy recommendations, direct at the problems existing in construction of rural community.Speaking of the reasons, the later step in regard to the construction of rural community in our country is surely one explanation.Consequently, there is a lack of experience in the area of rural community's construction. What is more, the research b field about this topic is relatively narrow and mostly concentrated on the discussion of the content, such as community participation and community service, etc. Finally.at present, the vast majority of scholars mainly pay their attention to this problem in terms of sociology and political science and public administration. Then, there is not sufficient energy putting into the viewpoint of combination with psychology and economics. Therefore, the researchers' vision would be restricted. At the same time, the research field in rural communities is hard to obtain the innovations. This essay, which is based on both the perspective of economics and the approach of game theory, analyzes the reason for the frustrating process of community construction. The conclusion is that our individual farmers are void of guarantees for the law rights and interests. The emphasis of this session is place in the improvement of the system of land requisition compensation. As for the innovation of this paper,it is obvious to see that I consider the additional profit distribution of land expropriation. As far as I am concerned, land expropriation price actually includes existing value and the present value of the future earnings.Subsequently,I create a further subdivision for the belongings of additional profit. This paper's deficiency is that, given the limited time and individual ability, the analysis of this paper is not enough profound. However,I still wish that this paper coule attract more attention about this topic and provide some value of reference to subsequent research for the construction of rural community.
