With the improvement in the level of economic globalization, the internationalization of the crime of corruption can not be ignored. Global cooperation in combating the crime of corruption, has become the consensus of the countries in the world. Therefore, It is not enough to control and prevent corruption that there is only the domestic anti-corruption legal mechanisms. In the perspective of international law, analyze the reasons for hindering international cooperationreasons, and establish a more comprehensive anti-corruption system of international cooperation to promote international sustainable development of society.Chapters I and II of this article introduce the legal basis and practical significance of international cooperation against corruption, including the principle of national sovereignty and international cooperation, and the importance of that international cooperation against corruption, plays an important role in the sustainable development of the domestic order and stability of the international community, the construction of the international rule of law society. Chapter III summarizes the results of international cooperation against corruption, including the achievements of the treaties and institutions. Chapter IV summarizes the international law issues faced by the international cooperation against corruption. Chapter V analyzes the reasons for the question of international anti-corruption cooperation. Chapter VI and VII based on the above analysis, within the scope of international law, puts forward specific proposals to establish and improve the mechanisms of international cooperation against corruption.The significance of writing this paper is that in the perspective of international law, have a correct understanding of national sovereignty and the principle of equality and mutual benefit in international law, follow the treaty, improve the legal system of international cooperation against corruption. That provides basis of international law, and also provide important lessons to seting up domestic laws of anti-corruption. This not only provides an important theoretical basis for international cooperation against corruption, but also for today's trend of international cooperation under the theory of international law.
