The E-commerce is the rising business model developing with the spreading of the internet. And this paper discusses the one certain IT branch company which is making the alteration and updates in the e-order system particularly establishes the project department to lead the other parts in the company to enjoy and draw up the plan. In the whole proceed, it is concerning with the application of e-commerce, the validity of the e-contract and the third parts service in the e-commerce and etc. All of these issues should be guided by the legal department in company to avoid the legal risks in the development and the application.So in the practical works in this project, the author puts forward some of the certifications and the prefacing words based over the doubts from the members of the e-order system and the relative problems collected and arranged by the e-commerce law for the company in order to limit the legal risk in the best way.Firstly, the paper reviews the legal frame referencing the e-commerce in current China and focuses over the suitable subjects for the e-commerce, the validity of the commerce contracts, the payment in the e-commerce and the proofs in the relative data and the legal responsibilities of the company staffs. By the analysis and demonstration, the paper gives the appearance, the keeping and the rising of the proofs discussion for the modification for the e-commerce designation and the proceeding in the conditions of e-commerce in this company that could be attempted suggests for the future works for the legal disputes.However, as the works reports quality in this paper, the author do not make too much academic expressions and the deep theoretical study or the exploration and argument. The main aim of this text is to apply for the doubts in the proceeding of the e-commerce in the company for the CEO's decision upon this reports to update the e-order system and adopt the suggests by the author in the proceeds and the system.As the poor conditions, there are many ponderings and improvement for the author in the e-commerce as the tax in the transnational actions, the legal application and judicial controls, and the third part's responsibility and the administrative supervision in the e-commerce business.And now the works of updating comes to the end in the company, but the rising changes would take place in the e-commerce's future. And the author eager to focus on the relative problems to service the enterprise better.
