Project Planning And Risk Control In Fujian E-Government Extrant Construction

In recent years, with the transformation of government functions, our country determined the strategic target of building a service-oriented government along with the transformation of government function. With the increasing urgency for providing special services in the composition of governments at all levels, it's important for the establishment of a unified platform for planning, unified technical standards, unified service support, a unified security; full integration of resources, promote collaborative applications. So it is urgent to build Fujian E-Government Extranet.According to the author's practice in the project of Fujian E-Government Extranet, this thesis studies deeply on the project planning and risk control in Fujian E-Government Extranet construction. Based on the theories of project management and risk control, this thesis analyses emphatically how to plan a project and illustrates the WBS, milestone, schedule and network planning, and provides a plans and risk control method for Fujian E-Government Extranet project. This method efficiently controls all the risk of Fujian E-Government Extranet project and eliminates the disadvantageIn this paper, e-government projects outside the network planning and risk control methods outside the network to other e-government applications and the construction of a certain reference value.
