The military material logistics in modern regional high tech war fully embodies the implementation of military logistics development is one of the effective ways to optimize the military logistics reform, improve logistics efficiency and the benefit-cost ratio. Military logistics and civilian logistics exists close coupling relation. Building mutual coupling, harmonious development of the military- civilian logistics system can promote the social economic and national defense modernization rapidly. This paper set the military logistics resources as the object, and researched on the coupled analysis of military- civilian logistics.Based on the foreign military- civilian logistics development, the status and development of logistics problems are summarized. The advantages, construction mode and organization structure of military- civilian logistics in our country are analyzed.The connotation of military material military-civilian logistics coupling is analyzed. By using cluster analysis method, according to the important degree and effectiveness, the military material is divided into four categories and five types. The content and coupling mechanism of the military material military-civilian logistics coupling are discussed.From the dynamic coupling point, this paper analyzed the evolution process of the military material military-civilian logistics coupling on time and space. The three kinds of development mode of operation of the coupling are put forward.
