The Perfection China's Gem Board Information Disclosure System

Information disclosure system is an important investor protection system, which always implements the principles such an open, fair and justices. Information disclosure system is also the basis for establishing a standard securities market. China's information disclosure system is at a low level, there are still some problems with the whole system, the authenticity of information disclosure, integrity, validity, timeliness needs to be further improved. In this paper, first explore the problems and defects of China information disclosure system of listed companies, learn from the U.S., UK and Hong Kong GEM market information disclosure system for advanced experience, and then put forward positive suggestions for improvement.
