Hu Legal Thought Research

Hu Jintao's thought of the rule of law of the Communist Party of China,starting from the contemporary practice of socialist rule of law, absorption onthe basis of the rule of thought of Marx, Lenin, Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaopingand Jiang Zemin, which is the historical experience of the development ofcontemporary economy, politics, culture and rule of the law as well as thetheory sublimation of the Party's experience of the rule of law in China. Theresearch of Hu Jintao's thought of the rule of law, which is instructed throughthe scientific outlook on development, the construction of a harmonious societytheory, the socialist outlook on honor and shame and whatever, and gets thecontents and value of Hu Jintao's thought of the rule of law, has refined,analyzed, inducted and summarized Hu Jintao's thought of the rule of lawthrough literature research as well as the method of comparison and linkingtheory with practice among Comrade Hu Jintao's speech, the central files andnine study material of Political Bureau on the rule of law.This thesis has aimed to refine, analyze, induct and summarize the contentsof Hu Jintao's thought of the law through literature research method and definethe three stages of Hu Jintao's thought of the law such as formation, maturityand development. Moreover, this thesis has put the content of Hu Jintao'sthought of the law into six aspects, that is harmonious concept of the rule of law,people-oriented concept of the rule of the law, democratic concept of the rule ofthe law, the combination between the rule of the law and the rule of virtue, theformation of socialist concept of the rule of the law and promotion of theconcept of the legal spirit. What is more, the value of Hu Jintao's thought of therule of law lies in five aspects such as it further inherits and develops Marxistthought of the rule of law, protects and guides economic development, promotesthe development of economy, being a strong guarantee for building aharmonious society and promotes the implementation of scientific outlook ondevelopment. The rule of raw is a kind of strategy that can not be separated from Chinesereality. This thesis analyzed the specific circumstances of the current socialeconomic, political and faith of the rule of the law through research. Solvingpractical problems, the CPC Central Committee with Hu Jintao has alreadycreatively adopted various measures, which including the rule of the law. Thethesis seeks to refine every viewpoint through analyzing every measure of therule of the law. And such respective belongs to historical materialism, that is itnot only reflects that the superstructure is determined by the socio-economicbase, but also shows that the reaction of the thought of the rule of the law to thesocio-economic base.
