An Analysis On The Training Of Public Servants Of Dalian Shahekou District

Public servant is an important talent resource for the Party and the nation. The quality of public servants will have a direct influence on the governing level of the nation as well as developments of all undertakings. It brings great importance to the training of public servants during this group's construction. Therefore, it has great historical meanings to the country's prosperity in terms of strengthening public servant's training. This paper examines and analyzes the state quo of public servants'training in Shahekou District on the base of findings from domestic scholars and mature experience from foreign countries after nearly half a year's reseach and readings. What's more, the paper puts forward some suggestions, hoping to make some contribution to the improvement of training of public servants in Shahekou District of Dalian. The thesis can be divided into four sections. The first section is the Introduction in which touches upon the backgrounds, meanings and characteristics of public servants'training including the theoretical approaches and framework as well. In the second section, the state quo and problems of public servant's training in Shahekou District of Dalian, based on investigation and interviews, will be discussed from a practical way. The third section begins with understandings of domestic and foreign advanced training experience and sums up practical training ideas. Based on the pervious training experience, the fourth section comes up with suggestions to the improvement of public servants'training in Shahekou District of Dalian. Special attention will be paid in the construction of the system, analysis of training needs, diverse training patterns, evaluating systems and so on.The thesis offers some plain suggestions to the further development of Shahekou's public servants'training, wishing it will attracts more scholars to pay attention to the innovation and development of public servant's training by applying more new points of view and coming up with more practical suggestions.
