During the personnel selection, because of the advantages that text can't instead, the interview becomes the important part of human resource. In 1996, the Country Ministry of Personnel entirely implemented the Structured interview in civil servant examination. Our civil servant Structured interview firstly draw on the experience of the west countries, and combined it with our own national conditions. We indeed developed a road of civil servant Structured interview with Chinese characteristics.Nowadays, most of the existing researches have just been aimed at only one part of civil servant Structured interview, just as proposition research, examiner group building, reliability and validity etc, short of research on status analysis. So it is indeed important to analysis the status comprehensively to offer some perfect proposals from entireties to details.So, this research will base on the civil servant structured interview operation program, with document analysis, leader interview, specialist consult and other methods to system analysis, to entirely analysis the juridiication status, proposition status, operating control status, examiner management status, to get the result that our civil servant structured interview have the law-based advantage, fairly advantage, standard program advantage and so on, meanwhile we have plenty of disadvantages such as question assign unscientific, examiners with low quality, interview coaching seriously and so on. According to the one job matching, we give some feasible advices, such as improve the structured level of our civil servant interview, control the exam questions strictly, consummate examiner's management, control the exam error, etc.The research conclusion and the feasible advices will not only improve the reliability and validity of our civil servant interview, but also will strengthen the vitality of our civil servant examination and promote the credibility of government.
