Five central Asian countries (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan) are five multi-ethnic countries which are established on the basis of the former Soviet Union. The area of central Asia that these five countries located is a multi-ethnic gathering and clutching land since ancient times. Due to the complex historical geographical and cultural factors, making the area to be one of the most complex national relationship areas of the world. Ethnic and religious problems are centralized embodied in this area. The area had appeared serious ethnic conflict and ethnic tensions in the Soviet period and a period of time after independent. Kazakhstan have many national and racial issues in the five central Asian countries.However the republic of Kazakhstan revise their own national problems and improve their national policies to enrich their "national peace" policy.Central Asian countries are based on lessons learned summary and amendments to the national policy of the Soviet era, combined with the practice of their own countries to establish their own national policies. Also China cross-national (mainly China's Xinjiang Kazakhs, ethnic Russian, etc.) to produce a certain influence. Through the study of the national policy of the Central Asian countries, especially Kazakhstan's ethnic policy of the pros and cons of research and analysis, reference to China's national policy and national play. According to statistics, Kazakhstan is a country of over130ethnic groups. As the republics of the former Soviet Union, former Soviet Union's national policy in this region had a profound impact. The original Soviet ethnic policy of national self-determination and human strengthening inter-ethnic differences, and to join the country structure with Russia. Kazakhstan's independence, to learn some lessons learned from the former Soviet nationality policy, the same time in order to safeguard national unity and social stability, and actively implement policies to strengthen the Kazakh subjectivity, promoting cultural diversity, and efforts to dilute the national consciousness. Kazakhstan's ethnic policy in general have achieved certain results, for better maintenance of Kazakhstan, stability, harmony and development. Their national policies to strengthen the Kazakh policy to strengthen the traditional policy of the history of the main ethnic, national unity under the premise of national cultural autonomy policy, strengthen the civic awareness of the policy, to shape a unified culture of Kazakhstan policy worthy of careful consideration.This paper intends to carding policy, summed up in the governance of complex ethnic relations and religious issues in the process of nation-states, how to set up for their country's national reconciliation policy "to promote peaceful coexistence between peoples, to resolve ethnic conflicts in Central Asia countries to makepositive and useful to explore and try. More than ten years into the new century, not much information about the writings of the national policy in Central Asia. The one hand, the Central Asian countries in national policy over the past decade there is no real new change, but on the other hand, appear in the new century, facing new changes in the original national policy reflects the need for special attention. This article on the one hand through the completion of the last two decades the policy summary and combing of the Central Asian nation, especially the Central Asian countries national policy in the face of new changes, new development reflects the advantages and drawbacks. In particular, for the reference of the Central Asian countries in national policy and national policy in Central Asian countries of China cross-border ethnic analysis.
