Live Scattered Minority Communities Popular Culture Management

Along with the modern trend, China is gradually entering a multi-cultural period which is consumption-led, dominated by the mass media, of a value orientation of practical spirit and typical of the rapid development and popularization of the mass culture. In the eastern region the mass culture with its unique and powerful force has been widespread, minority communities in areas inhabited by many ethnic groups are also influenced by it. Though the mass culture has enriched the cultural life of community resident, and in a certain degree played an active role in the process of democratization and legalization of minority communities in areas inhabited by many ethnic groups. The negative effect caused by the mass culture its own repetitiveness and entertainment has produced some of the contradictions of cultural life, and affected traditional cultural transmission and community stability. With an analysis of the mass cultural management issues especially from minority communities in areas inhabited by many ethnic groups' viewpoint, it means that the issues are to be analyzed as key management areas of the minority communities in areas inhabited by many ethnic groups. And if problems rise in the management of these communities, various collective events are prone to happen, which will affect the political stability and economic development of the communities. In the current society with potential crisis, managers should take precautions and preventive measures to manage the mass culture of the minority communities in areas inhabited by many ethnic groups effectively in a much more positive way.By reviewing the researches of the minority communities in areas inhabited by many ethnic groups and the mass cultural management both at home and abroad,it is easy to find that researches of the minority communities in areas inhabited by many ethnic groups'management rarely involve the mass culture, and the mass cultural management researches also rarely involve the minority communities in areas inhabited by many ethnic groups. However, the mass culture of the minority communities in areas inhabited by many ethnic groups includes a wide range of influences on political run, economic development and so on. Meanwhile, through case studies, literatures, observation, and interviews does the paper also summarize associated measures and effects of its mass cultural management, figure out the some defects in it and realistic dilemma of regulating those aspects not related with culture, principles and limitation of time and space. Based on these results, researchers have manipulated the current situation of the mass cultural management of the minority communities in areas inhabited by many ethnic groups, and come to some causes attributing to the problems in mass cultural management, such as the deficiency of standard value orientation, malfunction of its initiative and excessive utilitarianism.At last but not least, based on the aforementioned analysis, the paper comes up with equivalent suggestions, and also speculates the outlook of the research subject. These suggestions are composed of unified orientation in value and management, the clear and logic ideology which is consistent with its realistic situation of these communities as well as multiple means of management. When these designated suggestions are applied, concrete regulations would be formed and play a important role in mass cultural management of the minority communities in areas inhabited by many ethnic groups, such regulations as the subject-oriented value, cultivation of targets humanistic quality, formation of rationalization and scientism of management, intensification of interaction with management environment, multiple means of management, establishment of management network, improvement of management initiative and prospectiveness, and acceleration of policy implement and influence.
