And among these cultural interactions, the different cultural units that represented by America, Iran and China are focused as the core topic of the international relations and affairs, and the interactions among these units have typically expressed the culture's function in the process of affecting the national foreign policy's design and implementation. And as a result, by the comparison of America and China's Iran policies, the shadow of the culture, which hides itself back into the national interests and acting pattern, can be observed clearly, and even to some extent, the former is the projection of the later in the practise.There are absolute differences between the America and China's Iran policies. In the long history of China and Iran relationship, a mutually beneficial and friendly frequent communication, as the core content in the history, has been tested by the changes of the time and situations and inherited as always. Such benign interactions between the cultural units, which are of the main tone of multi-dimension, interear and peace pursuit, can be called the model of friendly dealings among cultural units. As to the America's Iran policy, it is a fighting history that forged with the brand of distinct cultural conflicts.The interactions between these two countries and cultures is firstly based upon an unfair theory of cultural superiority, and which means to maintain such type of relation needs a premise of achieving America and the western's interests, and when the situation changes, such an inflexible and obstinate cultural logical thinking can only set the relations of each other into an opposite condition to confront the shake of the premise and even resort to violence. And all of this are caused by the different origin and developing environment of each cultural unit, and it plays a latent function of normalizing to the culture members since it has been forged.Then, being surrounded by such an absolutely distinct cultural environment atmosphere, one cultural unit tends to spread its cultural achievement to the rest areas of the world with its increasing development. With the continuous development and increasingly frequent and deep contacts of human society, to explore a world order to integrate and accommodate the different cultural units to be accomplish a situation of harmonious coexistence should be one of the core issues of international relations studies. Therefore, a culture that can organically combine the pursuit of an ideal world order and the essential connotation of itself is the right ideal basics of such world order. Compared to the western culture, the Chinese culture is more accorded with such appeal, and the TianXia conception in epistemology and the HuaiRen policy in methodology of the chinese culture has benefited the whole world includes itself. Hence, to reacknowledge both the culture itself and the cultures that represented by China and America are of significance to both theory and practise.
