At the end of last century's 1990s, "deepen education revolution, comprehensively develop quality education" was proposed by State Council of China. The main purpose of this revolution is to set up basic education courses system which can satisfy the requirement of'quality education'in 21st century. As teacher that under new courses background, we shall understand our role in the class better, that we are not the centre any more, but we are the guide, who will create good study environment for the student, excite their interest of studying, guide them to think and solve their questions as well as help them to conclude principles, thus their good studying habits can be cultivated and the studying aim can be achieved. The purpose of education in the past is to inherit knowledge, this will be changed to educate both physically and emotionally to suite the ability and interest for the student's whole life study.In the past, only the integrity and rigidity are esteemed important, now more attention is paid to the connection of knowledge with social development, science development and daily living etc.; forsaken the passive learning, remembering, studying in past examination-oriented education system instead of taking partin studying actively, exchanging experience and cooperation with classmates to complete the courses. It makes the student feel themselves as the owner of studying and this will found a base for whole life studying. So, more efficiency shall be produced from class. And only excite the studying interest of students in the class, cultivate their studying ability can make the student study effectively and get development both physically and emotionally. Aim at the issue of low -efficiency teaching in high school physics, I analyzed the effective factors that influence the teaching as following:from the teacher's aspect, the teaching purpose, important & difficult points, the reasonability of courses, the unsuitable utilization of multi-media and lack of communication with student etc. factors are analyzed; from the student aspect, the low-learning-interest to physics and bad studying habits etc. factors are analyzed. From the questionnaires to the students it can be analyzed that:the issue of low-interest decreased with higher class grade; the student considered the courses are too difficult to understand; and the teacher seldom give enough time for student to think deeply etc. According to these issues, the effective teaching method is proposed in the article which is stated into three stages:in the preparing stage before class, establishing of teaching purpose and preparing of questions (to be solved in the teaching) etc. are discussed; during the course stage, issues including scene creating, effective questions, listening & encouraging, integrated multi-media skill, effective class activities and leaving space to the student etc. are discussed; In the after-course evaluation stage, issues of self-evaluation of teacher and feed back of students are discussed.In this article, through the research of effective teaching method under new education revolution of ordinary high school physics back ground, the way of how to make the class teaching more effective; how to make the student have more interest to physics, think & study positively; to cultivate their own ability of thinking and imagining; have comprehensive development etc. are discussed.
